I am one of those people that doesn't like to deprive myself of things I love. I fully embrace the saying: "Life's short. Eat dessert first." I set a goal weight at the beginning of my training and I am only a few pounds away. I know I could reach that goal if I was "good" for a week, but I enjoy my sweets so much. Too much! I've told myself that I would be happy if I saw this certain number on the scale just once. I've gotten as close as being two pounds away and I still can't put down the cookies :). I'm hoping that by writing this post that it will inspire some willpower and I will lose two pounds. We'll see how it goes.

You fruit loop. Chuck that scale out the window and say to yourself:
"I look fabulous, I am fit, I am healthy and I enjoy life."
I can completely relate!!! I've started running again and instead of losing weight, it's been like an excuse to eat all the sweets I want!! Good luck with your goal.
