Potty Progress

For some of you, this may be "TMI", but it has been the highlight of our week so far.
Jaycoby has been "#1" trained since he was 2 1/2, but has continued to deal with his constipation/irregularity issues. This has made getting trained in "#2" a goal that just wasn't realistic for us to do quickly. BUT last night, and then again today, we have had #2 in the potty for the first times. I am optimistic that we are getting close to being FULLY potty trained, but am remaining realistic about Jaycoby's life-long battle with pooping (I know that sounds dramatic, but he has had serious problems with this since he was 2 months old...I am aware that there are WAY more serious issues we could have had to deal with :). Fingers crossed, he will keep heading in the right direction and we won't have any setbacks. I wasn't pushing the issue before, but now mommy is ready to throw out the diapers and pull-ups. I will always keep the wipes though!!! Those things are a lifesaver for messes :).
