Chuck E. Cheese is where Mom, Grammie & Aunt Melin can be a kid

We went to Chuck E. Cheese for lunch today and it was a lot of fun. Jaycoby had such a good time playing all of the games and has gotten a lot better at them. My mom, sister and I took turns playing with Jaycoby and trying all of the games. We were all determined to get as many tickets as possible. Melinda has this crazy "lucky gene" when it comes to games, so we were happy to have her on our team. We ended up with 567 tickets. Jaycoby always wants to spend all of his money on lollipops (they are 10 tickets a piece....can you imagine how many lollipops we could have had?!? good thing he can't count or do math yet). He ended up with a Spiderman pouch (the perfect carrying case for lollipops), 6 lollipops and the coolest pirate set. He has a love/hate relationships with pirates- one of those things that fascinates him, but he's extremely terrified of at the same time. We thought this set would drive him nuts (namely, the eye patch), but he wore it all the way home.

He went in as a king (wearing his BK crown) and left as a pirate.

Jaycoby really liked this basketball game. It had the perfect platform for him to stand on and be able to make a decent shot. I was surprised how many baskets he made. This was his third time playing. As you can tell, he was loving it.
