Public Works Day

Salem had it's annual "Public Works Day" at the riverfront, so we stopped by to check out the booths, displays and hot dog lunch. It was a day that I had Logan, so I dropped Jaycoby off with my friend, Melissa, as I unloaded the babies into the double-stroller. When I caught up to Jaycoby and the Sommers, he was getting his face painted. He has NEVER wanted to get his face painted before. I don't know why it has been such a big deal to him (or me), but this was a huge milestone. He picked "the Beavers for Mike".

I really should have taken Diego down there, looks like something he would have really enjoyed! Love the face painting too, Jaycoby is so thoughtful to do "Beavers for Mike." ;)~
