Rainy March day

When we got home the other day, it was pouring down rain and our entire driveway was one massive puddle. I told Jaycoby that he could go outside and play in the puddle after he got up from his nap. So when he got up, we got his rain boots and coat on and opened the garage door to discover that the flooded driveway was now just a tiny puddle. I thought, "you have got to be kidding me! The ONE time I send my kid outside to get wet and dirty and the sun comes out?". He made do with what was left (literally about one gallon of water) and then went in the backyard and played a little bit of golf. "It's good to go golfing when the sun comes out, mom". I know Mike would definitely agree.
