I've been the Exercise Group Coordinator for West Salem Mom's Club since last....Sept./Oct.??? I can't remember exactly. It seems like a while now :) We've recently started our summer schedule at the parks, where we meet at 9 am, walk for an hour and then let the kids play at the playground. It's a lot of fun and a great way to get in an extra hour of exercise during the week.
This past week was our biggest turn out. There were four moms and six kiddos. Here are some pics of the park after our walk:
