Yesterday my mom, Jaycoby and I went to the Tulip Festival out in Woodburn. It was the perfect time of day to go. It wasn't super crowded and it wasn't raining. Jaycoby got to play on some of the toys, go on a trailer ride and, of course, look at the beautiful flowers (which he loved).
